Rates and conditions aplly to stays of no less than 7 days. The above rates are per person and per day and include: accomodation, breakfast buffet, lunch/dinner buffet, service and VAT.

Not included in the price: city tax, if any.

HALF BOARD REDUCTION: - 6 euro from the price of full board
EXTRA CHARGE FOR DOUBLE ROOM FOR SINGLE USE: +30%

EXTRA CHARGE FOR SEAVIEW : € 5,00 per day/room

REDUCTIONS FOR CHILDREN SHARING THE ROOM WITH 2 ADULTS:
- 0-5 years: FREE (before 14/06 and from the 26/08 to 30/09)
- 0-2 years: € 15 per day for baby cot and meals, even with the customer's cot
- 3-6 years : 50%
- 7-12 years: 35%
1 adult + 1 child in double room: 10% child reduction

Booking conditions: a down payment (or credit card number) is requested to confirm your reservation

Cancellation policy:

:until 45 days before arrival date, the down payment will be refunded

until 25 days before arrival date, 50% will be refunded

after 25 days before arrival date, the down payment will not be refunded

Early departure penalty: in case of anticipated departure the full booking cost wll be charged
