A history of more than 50 years
We are Luca and Silvia, the owners of the Hotel, but also life partners, lovers of travel, music and animals.
Together with our close-knit staff, we have been welcoming you for more than fifty years in the heart of Senigallia, a stone's throw from the sea.
We have a family history: now we are here, the second generation of Artibani, but the first were Anna and Franco, who started one of the most innovative tourist facilities in the city in 1967: a rounded Hotel... the Hotel Palace!

A dive into the past (1967)
We are in the late 1960s. A time of excitement and great transformations. The years of the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, and the golden age of Italian comedy films.
Anna and Franco, after having run the very famous Rotonda sul mare for 6 years with care and dedication, decided to open the doors of Hotel Palace.
Originally designed with a triangular plan, it was then built following the lines of the Rotonda symbol of Senigallia.

1971 – 1992
Years go by and...
In no time, the hotel becomes a go-to place for the most pleasant stays with the best hospitality, good food and relaxation for everyone.
And word of mouth is our greatest endorsement. Guests come back year after year, bringing friends and family with them, enthralled by the warm atmosphere and flawless services.
Then famous actors, singers, sports teams, and celebrities arrive, and the Palace is chosen as an ideal location in which to celebrate weddings and special occasions.

1993 – 2025
From the early 1990s to the present time
It was necessary to wait until the early 1990s to see Luca carrying on his parents' business together with his partner Silvia.
From then on, the Hotel has continued to evolve, but has never forgotten its roots.
We now look to the future with enthusiasm, ready to take on new challenges and provide our guests with unforgettable stay experiences, with the same attention and passion as always.
